RESOURCES
We realize that there is an abundance of nutrition and health information available to the public. Some public resources, such as internet websites and magazines, can provide information that is confusing, misleading, or simply incorrect. It is normal and common to take advantage of these resources! We intend to help our clients understand the health messages provided by the media, and we encourage you to share your questions about the sources you have used. Please take a moment to review some resources for general nutrition information and eating disorder recovery.
